The standard at this hotel has remained exceptionally high (we visited it a few years ago). It has a brilliant breakfast arrangement where the usual buffet style mayhem is replaced by the lovely staff who give you what you want and make sure it doesn't run out. Parking no problem ample space for everyone. We didn't use the free shuttle bus but walked the short walk to the train station to get to the villages. Very hot outside but air conditioning coped well. All the staff were friendly and welcoming and worked exceptionally hard and the whole place was well run.

Oasi Hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Levanto beach and Train Station, very close to the center. It offers elegant and bright interiors and rooms, and serves a varied American breakfast.

The staff! They are wonderful people and really tries their best to provide the best service! The breakfast was really good! Love their food.

The property is around 18 miles from Carrara Convention Center, a 4-minute walk from Stazione La Spezia Centrale, and 22 miles from Mare Monti Shopping centre.

Beautiful, peaceful hotel offering comfortable rooms with a terrace or balcony and a lovely swimming pool. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide range of quality foods and homemade cakes, which were different every day. The staff was superb: incredibly friendly and ready to help with anything you might need. I especially liked the bar where you could order food and drink at any time, all at reasonable prices.

Located in the Cinque Terre village of Manarola, La Torretta offers a free hot tub. Its stylish rooms offer views of the Ligurian Sea, contemporary artwork and a Nespresso coffee machine.

Check-in was really fast and easy. Location was perfect. The hotel is located a little bit above the city center I believe, so the reception is in the 5th floor but then you take the elevator to the ground floor where you can exit to go to the walkable area. In the ground floor is also the breakfast room, which had plenty of food, coffee, all kind of breads, sweets, cold meat, cheese, yogurt, fruit, juice, etc. Parking was right outside the hotel, which was great. The hotel was very clean, spacious, comfortable and the staff were very nice.

Set in La Spezia center, Residenza Viani is 10 minutes' walk from the marina with boat links to the Cinque Terre National Park. Its modern rooms come with wooden floors and a plasma-screen TV.

The room was simple but very nice and clean We were welcomed with a couple of snacks (coffee and a plum cake) for both of us that were refilled the next day. The location is perfect, right next to the main park, a couple of minutes walk away from the city center on the left, and a couple of minutes walk away from the pier on the right. If we were to visit again, we'll probably come back here!
