Everything. Everything was perfect! And I am not exaggerating this. The room was beautiful. The mattress was very comfortable, pillows are very comfortable. The toilet was squeky clean. The breakfast was delicious! And i am saying this as I also work at a bed and breakfast but we don't serve those delicious breakfast.. they were fresh from the oven and not frozen stuff.. The staff were very accomodating and kind too.. If you are looking for an accomodation in Palermo, this is your sign to book this awesome place!

Fabulous location, staff, and structure. The rooms were extremely comfortable with highlights such as the wonderful showers and great mattresses. Space savers like the pop-up t.v. were added surprises. The windows block out all noise and the hotel was extremely quiet at night and in the morning. We were in the Noir area far from reception and dining area. Stefania was a highlight. Warm and friendly, she gave us top notch restaurant recommendations so that our few days in Palermo offered us amazing food. Three days in this beautiful city weren’t nearly enough. When we return we will certainly stay at the Palco

This hotel made our visit to Palermo 100% more enjoyable. It is a historical site with many artifacts and collections which added to the uniqueness of the experience. On top of this the owner and staff were so friendly, helpful and went beyond their means to make their clients happy. The staff and Alessandro alone would make us want to come back. They have accommodated for our really early departure and tours. We were made to feel at home. I would totally recommend this hotel if you are visiting Sicily
