The location is on a side road a few miles from Pietrasanta city center. You can walk to a nearby church, where a steep hiking trail goes up a mountain past hillside olive groves and small houses. Pietrasanta is a beautiful town with many restaurants, historic sites and upscale shops, plus the beaches are only a few miles farther. The B&B is a converted house and the conversion was done tastefully; believe there are three guest rooms. Our room was large and beautiful, with a window overlooking the pool. The bathroom was spacious as well. The pool and back yard are small but very nice, with plantings and a wall forming the border. In one direction, you can see a small town on a mountaintop in the distance. I swam multiple times during our three-night stay. The breakfast hostess was very nice, and they kindly let me keep a few items in the refrigerator during our visit. Breakfast was served outside in a lovely sitting area during our stay (late October). It's a very informal place, which I like.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Tirrenia and it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, kind, and attentive, always ready with a smile and helpful suggestions about the area. The room was spotless, cozy, and beautifully maintained, with a very comfortable bed and thoughtful touches that made our stay feel special. We also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a day exploring the city. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful — fresh pastries, excellent coffee, and a generous selection of both sweet and savory options, all served in a bright and pleasant dining area. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better. Just a short walk from the beach and conveniently close to restaurants, shops, and the main attractions, yet still in a peaceful, safe neighborhood. Overall, Hotel Tirrenia offers fantastic value for money, impeccable cleanliness, and truly heartfelt hospitality. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Grazie mille to the whole team for making our stay so memorable!
