Fantastic place! Very clean and comfortable room, beautiful interior with vintage furniture, pleasant common room on a first floor with filtered water. Owners are very friendly and helpful, we had a late check in because we missed to do it before 1pm, but luckily they let us in without any problem. There is amazing garden with little zoo! Rabbits, turtles, cat, dog… Rabbits were even running freely on a grass, so cute 🥰 We enjoyed our time there, so I can definitely recommend to visit Corte del Mincio 🫶 I hope one day we will come again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming Bed and Breakfast in Lake Garda for five wonderful days. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the impeccable cleanliness of the rooms. The attention to detail in maintaining a spotless environment made my stay incredibly comfortable and worry-free.One of the standout features was the free parking, which is a huge plus in this popular destination. It made exploring the area so convenient and hassle-free.The location of the B&B couldn't have been better. Nestled in a picturesque spot, it offered easy access to all the attractions and activities Lake Garda has to offer. Whether you're looking to relax by the lake, explore the local towns, or embark on outdoor adventures, everything is within a short distance.The highlight of my mornings was undoubtedly the amazing buffet. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, with fresh and delicious options that catered to all tastes. It was the perfect way to start each day.Overall, this Bed and Breakfast exceeded all my expectations. The combination of clean and comfortable rooms, excellent location, convenient parking, and a superb breakfast made my stay truly memorable. It is a very nice small family hotel that makes you feel at home. Excellent service, nice and friendly staff, always willing to help. Nice location just a few minutes drive from Gardaland. The rooms are clean and spacious. Totally recommend!

Hotel Villa Rosa is right on Desenzano del Garda's lakefront, near a small beach area and a 10-minute walk from the town centre. It offers a restaurant, an outdoor pool and hot tub.

The hotel was exceptionally comfortable with very friendly staff. Our room was spotless, spacious and very quiet with very comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast was extremely good with lots of choice including freshly squeezed orange juice and also an actual vegetable juicer available. We had a meal in the main restaurant on one night and the food and service were excellent. The location overlooks the lake with lovely views and it is also within walking distance of the main town centre. There are spaces to relax both inside the hotel and outside in the grounds so overall it is a great place to unwind. We would highly recommend the Villa Rosa Hotel. Also Desenzano is a good place as a base to explore other areas / towns on the lake and in the wider region. For instance there is a beautiful town called Salo which is approximately 30 minutes by bus and well worth visiting. Verona can be reached by a regular train service, again in approximately 30 minutes.

10 stars are super deserved. Piergiorgio is an amazing host, the place is new, beautiful and quite. Close to Verona and the beautiful countryside for wine and food lovers.

Great location - close to the train and a short walk to all the restaurants and the waterfront. The room was lovely and beds were comfortable. Spent an afternoon by the pool which was also great. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were outstanding! Loved the staff working in the bar and the restaurant - they were amazing! (I wish I’d asked their names as I can’t rate them highly enough!)

Friendly staff that is not superficial and respects your vocation tranquility. Great location and facilities. We had three rooms in different sizes but were all very comfortable and clean. Brekfast and lunch were good, we prefered lunch on the veranda by the pool to not waste time from our sunbathing. I will not look for another hotel when I return to Desenzano, I will stay at Hotel Nationale
