The location was fantastic, right next to central Susukino. Close to a lot of restaurants. The room was very comfortable and a good size, enough room to open luggage's and store your shoes. The bathroom was very clean.

EVERYTHING! The spacious room (35m2) with windows on two sides of the building facing the Sapporo TV tower and a sceneric view over the town. Furthermore large single beds, very friendly staff and the indoor spa.

Second stay with this Hotel. Loving our previous stay and we agree to stay here for another stay when in Sapporo. Hotel has underground connection to the station. It helps a lot on rainy day. We could left our luggage before check in time and after check out time. Staffs were very helpful.

Hotel smells good, right in front of Odori Park. Airport bus stops right in front of the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and prepared kids pack for us that comes with small face towel, kids toothbrush and slippers. Onsen is great and comes with free popsicles too.
