Staff were fantastic - especially the young lady who checked us in but the bar staff were also great. The room was clean, comfortable, massive and had a great view. The bed was huge and the free drinks in the minibar are a really nice touch. The hotel is an easy walk to lots of restaurants and bars and a short taxi ride from the colonial old town and the Strip.

From the first step from the entrance, every staff was in a professional manner - polite, welcoming, friendly and helpful. This highlighted our entire trip in Macau to be relaxing, comfortable and safe. We will definitely come back in the near future!
