Perfect location-near ferry port, 6 min walk to Playa Norte and near to all restaurants and bars, while not directly in the busy center. Room has nice balcony with stunning sea and port view, bed was comfortable and all was very clean. We found complimentary water and voucher to free drink in the downstair bar. Outside pool was small but lovely, and nicely cool.

Perfect service at the restaurants, special mention to Rodizio night where the quality has been really high. Personnel is very available and kind everywhere. The room was very comfortable, especially the Jacuzzi on the balcony. The SPA provides the best massages ever. The location is very central and the beach is the best one on the island.

Absolutely everything. I travel a lot and Live Aqua is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Food is amazing, cocktails are incredible, the pool is insane, staff are so courteous. The rooms were clean, comfortable bed and pillow and little things like shower pressure being perfect met my high standards. Air con was also fantastic (it’s a must in Mexico). Honestly I can’t fault this hotel. Will be recommending to all my family and friends. We even extended our stay to an extra night as we loved it so much. Also shout out to Emilio whose hospitality service by the pool was 5 star impeccable. 10/10!!

The staff at this hotel are incredibly helpful and friendly, and the facilities are great. We were even pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade. The beach and pool are fantastic, with plenty of loungers for everyone. The hotel's location is perfect – centrally located, close to everything you could need, yet peaceful and safe. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options every day. To top it off, I received a thoughtful complimentary surprise for my birthday. In general the hotel provided exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway, offering an all-around amazing experience.

I would like to start by congratulating the team of young entertainers with whom we had fun from morning until late at night! And the staff was great, too! In terms of cleanliness, food and drink, we are talking about a very good value for money. As advice, in order to easily overcome some small reservations regarding the staff, you must understand from the beginning some unwritten rules induced by the guests, most of them from the US. They tend to tip bartenders, waiters, waiters or cleaning ladies, to ensure that will receive enough attention. So you too will tip, and you will see many smiling faces around. Otherwise, the resort attracts mostly young people, the average age being 35-40 years. The guests are open, cheerful, and this ensures a general state of well-being. I recommend this resort to everyone with a young soul!

We had a lovely weekend get away with my best friend, we had an amazing lagoon view room that captured the Cancun sunset amazingly, we had an amazing bubble bath and great room service and spectacular attention.
