Location was excellent. The staff were so nice and accommodating! Definitely recommended. We also got free drinking water.

To start, the location was great, it was in the middle of town and walking distance to many eating places, shopping and attractions. The 2 bedroom suite was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The place was actually larger than expected with the living and dining area. The rooftop allowed us to see the beautiful city.

The hotel is phenomenal, the staff is personable, helpful, and friendly, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the location is perfect. We didn't have any complaints. The hotel is pet friendly. I took one of my dogs and the staff pampered her with dog beds, food and water bowls, and bottled water. Every detail was attended to. The vehicle that picked us up at the airport even had what looked like a brand dog bed waiting for her after the long flight. I especially liked the large soaking tub and bath balls. San Miguel de Allende is a walking city so, a long soak was a perfect way to end each day.

The host was fantastic! Friendly, informative, and helpful in so many ways - from suggesting places to visit and eat to arranging a shuttle ride back to the QRO airport. Diego the cat was so sweet and an extra treat to help us feel welcome and relaxed. The breakfasts were authentic, delicious and different each day. The place is colorful, unique, and impeccably clean, with an serene inner courtyard garden. Each room is unique and very tastefully decorated, with carved wooden doors and colorful tiled bathrooms. Don’t miss the rooftop terrace with a great view of the city!
