Everything was perfect!!! -welcoming and check in was perfect they were very kind and also we had our welcome drink. İt was very nice. -The room was the best room i have ever been. When you open the balcony door its just ocean and palms!! Marvelous.. - Breakfast: we tried Fresco's and they had a really nice atmosphere and perfect menu. Please try Fresco's bowl.. - Everything and everywhere was super clean. - They have a private parking area which is very important at tulum - You can walk through all popular restaurants. And also there is pharmacy, markets around.. - The pool was very nice and cool. İf you wanna stay in Tulum you should stay in the cabanas Thanks for eveything and special thanks for Ken. She was very kind and helpful..

I loved the property and the staff. Wifi was very good and no problems connecting up to do some work. The room and bath room were great as was the swimming pool. It was a quiet area but within 5 mind walk to the main street. Charles was a wonderful host and the lad at the front desk was very helpful in arranging a couple of tours for me.

We stumbled across the place whilst looking for somewhere to stay for the night. It’s such a fab oasis in Tulum, really close to all the restaurants, but far enough away from all the noise. The pool was great for cooling off after a hot day. Would really recommend staying here.

No restaurant per se on the premises, but it was possible to have an omellette breakfast made to order, toast etc. but butter and jam were missing. Served at the shallow end of the pool on small tables, it was easy to meet other guests on the premises with a laid-back vibe.

Location, staff (Andres took full ownership and went above and beyond) and stunning views. It’s located at the start of the hotel zone so very easy to get a cab to Downtown and hotel strip. The Food and drinks were complimented with stunning beach views.

Pros: Convenient location. Excellent and aesthetic facilities. Bicycles available at no extra cost. Spacious room with ocean view, outside terrace, and rooftop plunge pool. A/C was working greatly. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Friendly and attentive staff--Javier (front desk), Javier (beach bar), and Christian and July (guest services) were particularly exceptional. Food and drinks (from Maresias, as we didn't try Ocumare) were great. The beach area was clean and smooth (compared to other areas of Tulum where the beach is rocky and rough), with excellent DJ/music. Despite some similarities, we liked it better than its sister hotel, Nomade (where we went for lunch one day).
