Skip Amsterdam and go straight to Haarlem... This hotel is beautiful. I loved it so much I'm booking a trip to go back, the room was spectacular high ceiling, terrace area, your own in room spa which is a lovely surprise so you'll have to stay here to find out, mini bar was included as part of our stay which stocked top shelf spirits and Bottega Prosecco, also iron, hairdryer, coffee machine & kettle with plenty of coffee and tea, there was also free treats left out in the hallways from chocolate muffins to lollypop, breakfast served to your room, Staff were extremely helpful and friendly they made us feel like VIP"s with their 5 star treatment. Looking forward to my next stay.

The location of this hotel could not be better and the service was top notch. I don't think I've ever had as much communication with the hotel staff between booking and arrival as the Ambassade. Check-in was phenomenal with attentive staff available to help with any issue. The breakfast, which is a blend of buffet-style and made-to-order food allows guests to take their time or grab-and-go as needed. I highly recommend staying here as everything we did within Amsterdam was within a 20 minute walk of the hotel. Our room overlooked a canal which is a great thing to wake up to each day.
