Great location, big comfortable room with very high ceilings. Clean, well presented. A fabulous breakfast is served in the building across the courtyard. Full access to the facilities in the main hotel, which is a 10 minute walk through the town. There's private parking behind the villa. It was very welcome as we were touring on our motorbikes. Our room (803) also had an annexe with a large table and chairs and double doors with steps to an outdoor seating area in the grounds under the shade of a large tree. 2 minutes walk into the centre of Valkenberg. Lots to see and do. We would stay again.

Set in a former monastery in the centre of Sittard, Hotel Merici has an underground parking facility.

This place is stunning and should be rated a lot higher than it actually is. It is very well maintained, excellent value for money, location is really good and the food and staff were both excellent. We will definitely be back and would not hesitate to recommend you to close friends and family.

Perfect location. 10 mins walk to city centre and less than 5 mins walk from the train station. Very accessible to everything from coffee shops, restaurants and shopping stores. The hotel is very clean and the staff were very friendly. The room is spacious and quiet. I will definitely stay here again. Towels were clean and the bed is so comfortable.
