Diana in the Reception was simply amazing! She looked at my requests prior to my arrival and she did the best to accommodate them. The check in interaction was very pleasant and I was explained all the facilities in the hotel. I worked from the hotel lounge which had great coffee with oat milk, water and snacks! The hotel has been recently renovated and the rooms are very clean and the maintainance is perfect. The location of the hotel is great because there are many restaurants, bars, coffee places and just a great area to walk around. All the people working in the hotel were very nice and friendly and it was a pleasure to stay at this hotel.

My cat and I stayed at NH Den Haag for 5 nights. I was really impressed. The staff left a treat for my cat, which she loved, and the design of the room was very pet-friendly. Awesome for a central hotel in a great location. I also appreciated the Easter snacks in the lobby!
