The highlight of this hotel for me and my wife was its location. The hotel is located right in the heart of the city and a few minutes walk from everything you might need. The hotel is part of a large chain and the professional behavior of the staff confirms this fact. We had no problems with our arrival, stay and departure. Our room was warm, adequate and quiet. Officers obeyed the “Do not disturb” request at the door. It was a nice experience to find household appliances such as a refrigerator and kettle in the room, which was not possible at the Scandic Solli Oslo we visited later. The choice at breakfast was adequate but not spectacular.

Set on the same grounds as the Michael Monastery in the Nordnes area of Bergen, Klosterhagen Hotel offers free WiFi and rooms with tea and coffee facilities. Bergen Aquarium is a 10-minute walk away.

This charming, family-owned hotel is set in two late 19th-century buildings by Bergen’s Nygårdsparken. The second building is across the street from the main building.

Lovely warm accommodation. Comfortable beds and very quiet. Breakfast was delicious . Staff friendly and efficient.

It was a cozy old school looking hotel as you enter. Staff was really helpful The room so nice, bathroom super stylish and modern. Super selection in breakfast buffet. The art around the hotel was joy to see 🙂 Hotel is right across to train terminal and tram stop both ways behind station, great way travel if you wants to visit *Ulriken" Mountain Solid work that they could recommend car parking really close to the hotel, discount for parking a bonus. I came with ferry, tried to search for parking beforehand but homepage for parking options around town wasnt helpful.

Best hotel I have stayed at! Cosy beds, quiet rooms, central, awesome breakfast and dinner. The staff were absolutely fantastic and really helpful. A must stay in Bergen - especially with kids!

The room has the best view over the bay. I love it so much. Room is spacious enough for 2 people with 2 big luggages. The breakfast is good. Just 8 minutes to city centre, the real centre. There is a supermarket within 5 minutes distance.

Very stylish boutique place, great breakfast, good beds and shower and nice family room (for 2 adults and 2 teenagers) and friendly staff. Also located conveniently right in the center and close to a big underground parking garage (Klostergarasjen) at which you get a 15% discount if staying at the hotel.
