The room was spacious and the beds were comfy. We would have preferred the other bed to be a bigger bed i.e a double bed. The toilet could have been separate from the bathroom. I am not a fan of a 'wet' toilet. Otherwise, a very clean bathroom etc

This motel was very upmarket and clean. It was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was very spacious with the added bonus of not only a large shower but also a spa bath. I have no problem recommending this to anyone else who wants a great stay.

The lady who checked us in (think her name was Yvonne) was very welcoming and helpful with information. We spent 2 lovely days in Napier!
