The location is great, the host is really sweet. They had a lot of complementary items and gave us a good idea about itinerary, what to do and where to go in Queenstown. The room looked exactly as advertised. Great views! The host let us use their kitchen to cook breakfast too.

beautiful designed room even had a beautiful balcony overlooking snowy mountain peaks and Gondola. loved it generous rooms with beautiful furnishings. small luxury hotel of the world. amazing breakfast even that was exquisite with fresh compote fruits and yogurts fresh breads jams and croissants daily. coffee drinks and juices downstairs daily free happy hour. “this hotel” do yourself a favour and stay here. right next to Queenstown Botanical gardens, easy stroll down through gardens and down to the waterfront bars and bistros. hardly need a car. we managed to get an on site park every time. the staff are gracious and kind can’t do enough for you. beautiful hotel great find. we stayed at the Hilton also and it’s the next best thing. love love love. oh our suite had a balcony and jet / spa bath.

There is nothing to not like in this well designed apartment with a terrace and a wonderful view of the lake and mountains. The walk to Queenstown, a town much dominated by tourists, is about 15 - 20 mins with some lake views en route. Staff on arrival and departure were professional, polite and helpful.

The staff Tam and Jet were so helpful and welcoming. Really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, and the evening meals were awesome. The pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were lovely on a rainy day. All round, it exceeded our expectations, and we will be back.

    Location was impeccable and staff really did try their hardest, it was just the worn out scruffy room and hallways with chipped paint and very worn surfaces and carpets that was so disappointing. It's the little things that have a big impact. A small surface restoration right through, and use of a quality interior designer and they'd have it sorted. This location is truly unsurpassed, so honour that and get a full refurbishment sorted !!

    Lovely peaceful and scenic location across the bay from Queenstown (small ferry gets you there and back). Spacious and well designed rooms and a larger two sink bathroom. A bit of luxury for us after a few days on the road.
