We had a wonderful two-night stay here and were impressed by how convenient and welcoming everything was. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Rotorua, close to shops, attractions, and dining, yet quiet and peaceful at night. The room was spotless, spacious, and had all the essentials we needed, including a well-equipped kitchenette which made it easy to prepare small meals or enjoy a hot drink. A thoughtful touch was receiving a bottle of milk at check-in for a cuppa after a long drive. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Parking was easy, and check-in was smooth and efficient. This is a great base for exploring Rotorua and relaxing in between adventures. We would definitely stay here again if we're back in Rotorua in the future.

Due to our limited English proficiency, Star went above and beyond to help us numerous times, making our stay more enjoyable and seamless. Star consistently greeted us with a smile and a warm attitude. Whenever we encountered any issues or needed assistance, she patiently addressed our concerns and provided incredibly helpful suggestions. Her professionalism and genuine concern for guests made us feel right at home. Not only does this hotel boast an elegant environment and attentive service, but the enthusiastic assistance from staff members like Star left a lasting impression on us. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment. It was extremely comfortable, well-equipped and well-appointed. The bed was really comfortable. All of the staff were wonderful - helpful, efficient, cheerful. There was plenty of room, so we could spread out a bit. Also: a great selection of free movies to watch, which was nice on rainy evenings. A real pleasure to stay here.
