We've stayed in this small and brilliant hotel for the second time. All was excellent: comfortable beds/pillows, good illumination in the room, the design of the place, the impeccable cleanness, the staff was very friendly and professional, good breakfast. Next door is the Banksy Museum, just across the road a big supermarket, trams in 3 minutes walk, Kazimierz quoter in 5 minutes walk, Rynek - 10 minutes

The location is unbeatable. Like others said - a fair amount of street noise seeps into the room and the small fridge is surprisingly loud but I always carry earplugs when I travel, so I was fine. Karolina was amazing at checkin - very helpful and friendly.

Fantastic hotel with a great location! We stayed four nights in deluxe double room with balcony (room number 202), with windows facing towards a beautiful park. The room was very quiet and clean, and the bed and pillows extremely comfortable. The hotel staff was polite, friendly and helpful, and we booked many tours through them (for example tours to Auschwitz-Birkenau and Wieliczka salt mine). The breakfast was one of the best we've ever had! From the hotel it was a short walk (10 min) to the main square and also to Jewish quarters (7 min walk), which contains lots of great bars and restaurants. A small shop is located almost next to the hotel, and we went there often to buy water and snacks. We will definitely come back!

We stayed two nights in October 2024. A modern and stylish hotel nestled in the heart of Krakow. Conveniently situated near the main train station and the big shopping mall, Galeria Krakowska. Few minutes walk to the historic old town. The room was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast. Great choice for those who needs to be close to the station and old town which is next to the hotel. I was using this hotel for my business trip and it provided everything I needed without requirement to ask for something. Room is spacious, with very good and new, individual AC unit which gets your room in the right temperature within minutes which is important for visitors during summer. Breakfast was very generous for this price category hotel with acceptable coffee machine and all additions needed for good start of the day. When I stayed there hotel was also extra quiet. Room service is done according to request by leaving appropriate door sign which I found quite nice thing actually.
