I liked the room a lot, very clean and nice. Breakfast was amazing, wide variety of food, fresh fruit and coffee from local and international cuisine. Reception people are very nice and so are the restaurant and breakfast lounge people.

Old-school luxury. It’s huge, it’s beautiful, it has pretty much all the amenities you could want. Fully stocked minibar (not empty like at many hotels nowadays), 0-24 room service, amazing breakfast with quality ingredients, restaurants and luxury shops within the building, fully equipped gym, pool etc. Staff were always friendly, polite and helpful. It was nice to receive a complimentary room upgrade. The hotel offers a beautiful view of Mount Tampa. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the old town, yet on a quiet street. The room and bathroom are spacious. They provide a kettle and tea in the room. The included breakfast is basic but decent. On New Year's Eve, the hotel gifted a small bottle of sparkling wine.
