From the first day the staff was very nice and welcoming. They made our stay even more special because they kept interacting with us and were always helpful. The breakfast was great with fresh juices and fruits - you have several options from which you can choose beforehand for the next day. This approach is more relaxing than having a buffet breakfast. The restaurant is also very good - the Pad Thai was especially tasty - although it could have even more Thai food in my opinion, instead of the western cuisine.

The staff and their service was exemplary, and they excelled even when we were really at fault like being late. The facilities also out did themselves, with many options of common swimming pool options and down to a private beach area. And as our room also had a pool it allowed for private swimming within our small group. The room was very spacious, wonderful views and small treats left as part of their turn down service. A strong hot shower was available and a spa bath. Food- again various restaurants from Thai to international and the breakfast more than plentiful- all at a higher standard and quality, exceeding expectations. It is a place that once you arrive there is no reason to leave, unless of course you wish to see some of the many attractions on around the island!!

All was great. The only strange thing was that we were asked to pay deposit at checkin and since we didn’t have cash on us, we would need to use a card and get money blocked for a month. However, then they agreed not to charge deposit if we pay activities on spot. Felt a bit of little trust but then it compensated with the pool area that is fantastic.

Varinda is just an amazing place. Real wonder land for vacation with kids! Great 3 level pool with water slide. Nice and authentic restaurant on the territory. Really kind, helpful, and polite personnel. Perfect quiet location near Lamai beach, however close to busy street with markets and cafes near Lamai beach.

The stay at Tolani Resort Koh Samui was absolutely fantastic and exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we entered the resort we were enveloped in an atmosphere of pure serenity and beauty. The location of the resort is simply breathtaking. Nestled in lush tropical vegetation, it offers spectacular views of the azure sea and the pristine white sandy beach with a great offshore reef that is particularly easy to explore at low tide. The sight alone is a reason to come here. The staff at Tolani Resort deserve special praise. Nannie and Amira in particular were always courteous, friendly and tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Their professionalism and commitment went above and beyond the usual and were instrumental in making us feel at home. A big thank you to both of them for that. The room at the resort was very spacious, tastefully and very practically furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and provided a restful night's sleep after a day of adventure. The private pool was the absolute highlight and offered us the peace and joy we wanted to unwind in isolation. The amenities and leisure activities at the resort left nothing to be desired. Although the resort is currently under renovation and its own areas such as the spa and restaurant are closed (mentioned very clearly in the booking form), we had everything within walking distance, from the relaxing spa area to exciting water sports, there was something for everyone to experience and enjoy enjoy. All in all, our stay at Tolani Resort Koh Samui was an unforgettable experience that we would highly recommend to everyone. We look forward to returning soon and once again enjoying the paradisiacal atmosphere of this wonderful resort.

    Anyone who values ​​first-class service, authenticity and good vibes has come to this place! Every single employee at Outrigger Samui always has a smile on their face and tries to make your vacation as nice as possible. We had 10 great and relaxing days as a family, with very good food and lots of relaxation. The rooms are beautiful designed and are huge. We will definitely come back. 5 stars deserved !
