Staff were so professional and helpful. The room was beautiful, clean and stylish. The pool area was lovely with free towels to use. Breakfast was delicious and you can sit in the outside dining area with an amazing view. Very peaceful and just step outside to hotel and you're in a busy area with popular food places and sites. They organised an airport transfer and I also used the hammam and had a great massage. Loved it!

The staff were friendly, helpful and first class. Attentive and worked to find solutions when I needed to get a florist. They are all a credit to the hotel, from reception, restaurant, cleaning and waiting staff. Superb.

I highly recommend this place to people who want to feel a little bit of Wes Anderson "Grand Budapest Hotel" vibe 🙂 Apart from that, the hotel is quiet, clean, the rooms are large, the service is nice and helpful and the food is exceptionally good.
