Nice hotel in a convenient location in the Seaport district (the Silver Line that connects to Boston is just across the road), and proximity to the harbour meant nice sea views from our room. The large size of the room was a plus too, especially when some other Boston hotels are tiny— you'll have much space to open up your luggage bags and move around. It's a large building, and when you go up the staircase, there's plenty of space and it's decorated with artworks and bonsai plants. We were extremely hungry one night and the room-service pizza we ordered from the restaurant was delivered very quickly; it was delicious and the portion size made the price reasonable. There's a buffet breakfast on weekends, and the food was good—it even had honeycombs you could scrape the honey from. Overall, excellent and friendly staff from the doormen, reception staff and housekeepers. The large lounge area in the lobby with powerpoints and a fireplace for guests to work was a nice touch and helpful for us after check-out. Btw: if you prefer a hot water kettle instead of the coffee machine in the room, just ask the reception staff for it. We preferred the former to boil water, and the staff had one brought up easily.

Room is super nice, clean and comfortable for my family. Location is near all the main attraction e.g marketplace, waterfront park and surrounding area. Facility is top-notch to be used. Observation deck on the 26 floor is fantastic. Free DIY laundry need to be mentioned.

Fantastic hotel ! best location in the middle of a vibrant street full of restaurants , coffee shops and all kinda of shops. You can walk to the public park in 10min. The bed is lovely, the bathroom new and perfectly clean. The lobby staff is very welcoming and kind. There is free coffee and water which will save you some money!

Stunning hotel in a great location in Boston. Super clean, amazingly friendly staff, gorgeous rooms. Lovely attention to detail like the house keeping staff left a sun glasses cleaning cloth beside my sunglasses case and a little velcro tie on my long phone charger to keep it tidy! Bed was massive and so cosy. Bradley at front desk was just so lovely during our 3 day stay, he’s so friendly and made great suggestions for us - he’s great at his job!

The staff was exceptionally friendly and caring, making the stay feel warm and welcoming.
