Incredible customer service - from valet parking attendants, to front desk, to servers at breakfast - all staff so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was large, beautifully appointed and had all the amenities you could want. The whole place has a feel of luxury and indulgence - just what you want for a holiday break! We requested a late check-out and the hotel was more than happy to accommodate this at a very reasonable rate. 24 hour in-and-out valet parking was so convenient too.

Excellent location, very close to some main attractions like TLC Chinese Theatre, Hollywood Walk of Fame . I got the room with the view of Hollywood sign whose was amazing!

Great location to buses short walk to Hollywood Boulevard and Santa Monica Boulevard, takeaways, supermarket and laundry close by. Rooms good size for family facilities were good. Staff amazing, had to evacuate for the fires and they were calm and helpful.

everything was good and clean, didn’t have any issues while staying. The location is great a lot of restaurants and transportation. It’s above expectations for the price
