The staff were absolutely amazing, I can easily say the most friendly and accommodating staff as a collective. Usually you might get one ir two good ones, but they were all the best. They made our two young daughters first overseas experience very special and memorable. The room was just as described, breakfast was great and view of the lake and city was beautiful. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place was clean, quiet, no noice from the street. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist. We also arranged a taxi pickup from the airport through the hotel and everything went smoothly—the driver was on time and professional.
