The room was lovely, the products in the bathroom were lovely, the staff were friendly and attentive (even offering to make me tea every time they saw me sitting with a book), and the massage at the spa was wonderful. It was also really nice that they unexpectedly included a R400 voucher for the spa when I booked the room.

Nested at the foot of the Franschhoek Mountains, this family-run guesthouse features an outdoor swimming pool and a terrace with sun loungers. Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel.

The rooms were big enough, clean and cozy. Breakfast offered variety of fruits, cheese and charcuterie. On top of that you could ask for an omelette which lovely staff prepared for you. We enjoyed our stay there and would definitely come back!

Avondrood is a small Cape Victorian-style guest house in the historical part of Franschhoek.

The welcome was very friendly. The apartment was very nice with great furniture and spacious. The location was perfect for us near the wine Tram and nearby restaurants.

Had a short but pleasant stay. Angala breathes serenity and is so so beautiful. The hike up the mountain is nice and recommendable. The pools are great and the surroundings and views are amazing. Breakfast was a great plus!
