The staff was extremely friendly. We got an upgrade because all the standard rooms were booked. The hotel has a great location, you can easily walk everywhere. We parked in the paid parking across from the hotel (24€ per day).

Les 7 Claus has a quiet setting, just a short walk from the commercial centre of Escaldes. This family-run hotel offers free WiFi throughout and free ski storage.The hotel is only 200 metres from Andorra's famous Caldea Spa. The nearest ski resorts are 8 km away. The place is accessible, close to Caldea spa. The staff name Anne is very accomodating & friendly! I love this hotel!

A nearby parking is also available. Free WiFi is offered throughout the property. Everything was great! Room was very comfortable. Thermal pool spa was very relaxing, clean, and private. Breakfast buffet was a little expensive, but the food was phenomenal with choices for all tastes.

Use Les Closes as a base to enjoy the fantastic local skiing or visit the numerous tax-free boutiques that Andorra has to offer. You can then return after a busy day to relax with a drink in the sociable cafe-bar, or a delicious home-made meal in the on-site restaurant. Great location in the Main Street of Andorra

The De L’Isard’s restaurant serves fresh, gourmet meals and light snacks. The dining room offers lovely views of the mountains. The hotel also has a lounge area with an open fireplace. What a location! Close to everything. Liked everything about the room except for the lighting. Great variety for breakfast and was able to order an omlet.
