The hotel boasts an outdoor pool and fitness centre. The World Trade Centre and the famous Corniche beach are 5 minutes’ drive away. It was great. I got upgraded to a best view room.

I stayed at Pullman Zamzam Madinah for one night on my birthday, and it was an unforgettable experience. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully furnished, with everything I needed. The highlight was the breathtaking view of Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, which made my stay truly special. The staff were attentive, extremely polite, and always smiling. Their warm attitude and professionalism made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. Overall, everything was perfect – from the cleanliness to the service and the view. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back.
