Personnel happy and available,polite, the view at breakfast with Burj Khalifa. I definitely recommend and try again. Loved the smell, the ambiance, the details, the view. I was impressed and I travel a lot. And the terrace with amaizing parties.

A dining destination in its own right, the resort is home to 16 restaurants and bars, including menus from Michelin-starred masters and homegrown culinary concepts – all served in stylish indoor and outdoor settings. My stay in One & Only Mirage Royal was simply perfect. I know the industry very well, and I am a very picky guest, especially concerning cleanliness. I alerted the hotel in advance and the result was simply outstanding. The attention to details they had with the room was exceptional, I stayed 4 days and not even once I found something wrong. Bed sheets and towels were always white and clean, the bathroom was always shining, not even a spot on the mirror, glasses nor cups, simply amazing! Housekeeping even left a flowers bouquet and a note which made me feel taken care! In general the hotel is great, perfect location, elegant, a lot of options in terms of restaurants, and the service is impeccable. People working in the hotel always have a smile and they are always happy to help. Ah yes, and the sunset at Jetty lounge is just a no miss ! Thank you to this beautiful hotel and the Resort Manager who is guiding such a great team under his leadership, with attention to details which makes this hotel unique! It was my second time in this hotel and I will definitely come back again!

For a nightlife, there is; positioned around an infinity pool, the ‘chill out’ lounge offers innovative al fresco dining inspired by cuisines from the Mediterranean to the Far East. Amazing stay! Helena, Nora, and manager Khatuna made me feel truly welcome. The suite with city view was beautiful, very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent and the whole staff always put the guest first. Highly recommended!
