It features a garden and is located in El Calafate's historic and commecial centre. Los Glaciares National Park is 40 km away. The staff were so kind and helpful and welcomed us with a bottle of champagne since it was our honeymoon. They helped us coordinate activities in the national park and provided transportation. It was overall a wonderful experience!

Excellent location, Friendly staff, good design. Breakfast is good. Wifi is good.

Los Ponchos Boutique Hotel is located just 500 metres from the picturesque Argentino Lake. It is also ideally located for exploring the mountains, forests and glaciers of this Patagonian region. The hotel was lovely. Rooms were beautifully decorated and the staff all spoke very good English and were very helpful. Breakfast was nice and we had plenty of food and could get 2nds. They even offered us apples and bananas to take with us. The packed breakfast was also very good.

Look forward to individually furnished, en-suite rooms with relaxing colour schemes, elegant flat-screen TVs, and some with DVD players. Very cool hotel, recommend to visit!!! Unreal beautiful lobby, pleasing to the eye. The standard room with mountain view inspires with its authenticity. The hotel is designer! Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Even the handles on the doors! The staff are very friendly and helpful. I left my bag in the lobby, they realized it was me and gave it back to me) Breakfast is the usual, as in many Argentinian hotels. Also, we ordered dinner at the hotel restaurant, the chef is awesome! Very tasty restaurant! If you eat the restaurant, definitely try the ravioli! I highly recommend this hotel

Just a lovely place with great staff. I’ve lost count of the hotels I have stayed in over my life and this is up in the top 10. Pity only 2 nights.
