This 4-star resort is adjacent to the Great Barrier Reef, next to restaurants, shops and galleries. It is only a few minutes walk to the Palm Cove Esplanade and a 15-minute drive to the Skyrail Rainforest Cableway. Free parking and free WiFi are provided. Beautiful property. Very tropical and peaceful.

The apartments include a flat-screen TV, internet connection, CD and DVD player. Each of the units has a bath and is equipped with a generously appointed kitchen with granite bench, oven and microwave. They offer a contemporary decor with designer linens. The views were good and the stay was excellent. The pool was nice since we couldn't swim at the beach for stingers. A cyclone and flooding near here had just occurred making the ocean water murky. The pool did get warm though which was disappointing in the hot temperatures. The convenience of restaurants within walking distance was a plus!

Palm Royale Cairns is set amongst 2.5 acres of beautiful tropical gardens and offers rooms with a private balcony and pool or garden views. It features a main lagoon-style pool and a lap pool. Guests enjoy free WiFi. The stay was fantastic! I don't understand the reviews criticizing the location. Yes, it's farther from the main city of Cairns, but you know this when booking. If you rent a car or use Uber, it's the perfect spot, complete with a pool. We used the pool almost every day after our activities. The staff were helpful, the pools were amazing, and the room was good. I never felt unsafe traveling with my younger sister. It was a great place to stay!

Free, unlimited WiFi access is available in all units. Location was awesome. Greeted with a big friendly smile from the receptionist. The unit was Very spacious and clean. I requested a mattress topper on my bed, which made a huge difference. Thank you. So happy, with our stay and I will make this our local hotel, when we come to Cairns again.
