Being allowed to check into our rooms at 9am in the morning was very much appreciated. We travel so often, and it has been a long time since we experienced such warm and friendly reception staff. I could walk to Provenza, and it is in a secure location. We saw nothing amiss, and the view from the rooftop restaurant is amazing. The food they serve is very good.
