The interior of the room was new, fresh, very clean, nicely designed, comfortable. You can have coffe, tea at the lobby. Very pleasant and helpful stuff. We liked our stay very much. Location is very good, city center.

The Atalaia is perfectly located for exploring the surroundings thanks to its proximity to nearby towns such as Biarritz and San Sebastian. Take a long coastal walk and discover the stunning scenery of the Basque Country along with its fascinating history and tradition. Beautiful rooms. Modern and stylish and the hotel was also just as nice with a log fire blazing in reception. Nice touch.

Room service is available, offering local dishes. The staff were wonderful and discreet. The place itself is just gorgeous. I came on a solo trip and felt very taken care of. Service = top. I also had some spa treatments, wonderful as well. The breakfast was lovely and could be customized. Worth every penny.

Overlooking La Concha Bay, this grand 19th-century building is set next to the beach, on San Sebastián’s seafront promenade. It offers discounted access to La Perla Spa and air-conditioned rooms with a private balcony. The location and view could not be better. The staff -- very nice and helpful. Nice bar. We tried the restaurant only once, for lunch, but it was good. We will stay here again when we come back.

I have MS and drive a a mobility scooter. It was easy to drive it into the hotel and the room. I had a disabled toilet that was very comfortable to use. Our room was very big and nicely decorated with Elizabeth Taylor’s pictures. It was entertaining to see all the pictures of all the actors and actresses. I recommend this hotel. I will come back,
