Loved the location the staff the on tap coffee and the little courtyard for eating a delicious breakfast prepared by Lucas - we were in the Annex which was spotless. Beatrice and staff in the main hotel were so helpful provided towels daily for the beach and helped book flixbus to San Sebastian and taxi to bus station. The room was small but so comfortable with super comfy bed and fab Aircon which was deffo appreciated as it was v hot. I would totally recommend this hotel.

Guest rooms at the Jardins Hotel are equipped with a private bathroom and a flat-screen TV. Some rooms also have a balcony that overlooks the Bidassoa Valley. Very comfortable and well equipped room with air con which wasn’t advertised. Food exceptional and staff very friendly.

It was also the place Napoleon III used to receive medical care on his visits to the region. Amazing ambience, perfect location. Staff were very nice and helpful. Room was very clean and convenient. I’ll come back in the future.
