Bed was comfortable. Location was great, walking distance in a few minutes to the Tourism Office, La Plage or beach, downtown, restaurants, even police station. I loved my stay and will definitely go back! They have a rooftop area with views of the town. There's elevator.

Guestrooms are decorated with period furniture and paintings. Each room has a private bathroom with a bath or a shower, and all rooms have free WiFi access. Oliver made breakfast crepes. He also offered to help us with guest laundry. The sitting room was very comfortable. Bueno!

Within 300 meters of the hotel, you can find the “Grande Plage” beach, many award winning restaurants, Thalasso spas, a cinema, parking garages, and the train station. Very nice and kind owners, location is fantastic

Loved the location the staff the on tap coffee and the little courtyard for eating a delicious breakfast prepared by Lucas - we were in the Annex which was spotless. Beatrice and staff in the main hotel were so helpful provided towels daily for the beach and helped book flixbus to San Sebastian and taxi to bus station. The room was small but so comfortable with super comfy bed and fab Aircon which was deffo appreciated as it was v hot. I would totally recommend this hotel.

Guest rooms at the Jardins Hotel are equipped with a private bathroom and a flat-screen TV. Some rooms also have a balcony that overlooks the Bidassoa Valley. Very comfortable and well equipped room with air con which wasn’t advertised. Food exceptional and staff very friendly.

It was also the place Napoleon III used to receive medical care on his visits to the region. Staff was very friendly and helpful from the first to the last minute. Room and bathroom was very spacious, nice big terrace outside. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast buffet well stocked with quality options.
