Located in the centre of Bayeux, the Domaine de Bayeux is set in an 18th century house featuring a tree-lined park. There are guest rooms in the main building and a further 11 air-conditioned designer bedrooms available in the extension of the orchard, each with private terrace or balcony. The hotel exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived and throughout my stay, I felt excellent. The breakfast was very good. The place where breakfast was served was superb. The garden behind the hotel is something else. I stayed in the main building and I really liked it.

A sauna and a hot tub are available on site at an extra cost. Beautiful location in the countryside that's very convenient to Bayeux and Omaha Beach. The choice of breakfast items was small but high quality and delicious. Excellent start to each day. I also appreciated that they tidied up the room while we were gone. Not all B&Bs do that. I would've gladly stayed a week.

The flats feature exposed-stone walls and wooden beams. Offering views of the garden, all flats are located upstairs and they have a seating area and private bathroom (except for the studio which included only a shower). All include a flat-screen TV. Amazing atmosphere with a very friendly hostess. We felt at home straight away. The neighborhood was amazing with a great view of the local eglise! The room was spacious and very clean. And the beds! Omg the beds were amazing for taller people! We had one of the more comfortable stays through booking. Very much worth the money and your stay! Our dog loved it too! Thanks Agnés

Featuring a garden and views of garden, Clos de Bellefontaine B&B is a bed and breakfast situated in a historic building in Bayeux, 600 metres from Museum of the Bayeux Tapestry. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. Featuring a private entrance, the bed and breakfast allows guests to maintain their privacy. The location is excellent within a 5 minute walk into the centre of Bayeux where you can find many restaurants. One tip is that it’s preferable to pre-book your restaurant evening meals as there are more tourists than dining spaces, and you could be disappointed. Carole, the host at Clos de Bellefontaine kindly provided us with a list of possible restaurants before we arrived. Wonderful accommodation, breakfast with freshly cooked cake/crumble and so much more was absolutely superb, and Carole was charming and so helpful. Would definitely recommend this as an outstanding place to stay and excellent location for visiting the WW2 memorials.

Guest rooms are bright and have a colourful décor. They each have their own private entrance and are equipped with free Wi-Fi access. A hairdryer and shower can be found in the en suite bathrooms. The larger suites are composed of 2 communicating bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The host is absolutely great, made us feel right at home. Beautiful courtyard house with a picturesque garden and nicely converted house with all the amenities. Location is a few steps away from Bayeux Tapestry museum and many good restaurants (try to book in advance as they have good business!) You will feel closer to the the local community and very comfortable here.

Villa Lara is a small luxury boutique hotel in the historic centre of Bayeux. It faces the 11th-century cathedral is is just a 2-minute walk from the Bayeux Tapestry.

The luxury accommodation features period-style furniture, a flat-screen TV and a minibar. They have an individual colour theme using neutral tones and printed fabrics. Each has a private bathroom with a marble floor, bathrobes and slippers. We spent 3 weeks in France and stayed at 4 and 5 star hotels. Villa Lara was our favorite by far. It's a feel-good place and the staff is exceptional.

La Cremaillere Hôtel-Restaurant is a seafront residence and La Crémaillère Côté Jardin is situated 100 metres from the beach. Free WiFi is available throughout. Beautiful property with the main building right on Juno Beach. Fabulous evening meal restaurant. Nice to have access to a sauna during the stay! Very engaged management team that keeps the operation tight!
