A sauna and a hot tub are available on site at an extra cost. We loved everything about this accommodation. We were there for 2 nights with another couple. We had two rooms side by side. We were welcomed right away and shown to our rooms. Each room had its own bathroom and even couch or sitting area. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. We reserved the dinner which was available our first night. It was amazing! If this is an option for you, you should definitely take advantage! It was 33 euros and sooo worth it. Breakfast was also great. The grounds were beautiful as well. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy everything it had to offer.

Offering views of the garden, all flats are located upstairs and they have a seating area and private bathroom (except for the studio which included only a shower). All include a flat-screen TV. Amazing atmosphere with a very friendly hostess. We felt at home straight away. The neighborhood was amazing with a great view of the local eglise! The room was spacious and very clean. And the beds! Omg the beds were amazing for taller people! We had one of the more comfortable stays through booking. Very much worth the money and your stay! Our dog loved it too! Thanks Agnés

Beautiful courtyard house with a picturesque garden and nicely converted house with all the amenities. Location is a few steps away from Bayeux Tapestry museum and many good restaurants (try to book in advance as they have good business!) You will feel closer to the the local community and very comfortable here.

It offers en-suite guestrooms with lift access, LCD satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. Arriving late from an afternoon ferry from the UK, it was good to find a very quiet place. Staff were helpful without being intrusive. Great location for getting on to my onward journey. Decent sized rooms, tea and coffee making facilities welcome and not always common in France. Super clean.

This residence consists of 2 properties located in the Normandy town of Courseulles-sur-Mer. La Cremaillere Hôtel-Restaurant is a seafront residence and La Crémaillère Côté Jardin is situated 100 metres from the beach. Free WiFi is available throughout. Location of the hotel is fantastic. We had rooms with view to see, and it was magnificent. Breakfast was really good, with possibility to get different version of eggs on request.

We booked Hotel Le Lion while in Bayeux, after a terrible experience at Moulin Morin (where we had initially booked 3 nights together with our friends). As we were on vacation, there was no point in suffering more than one night, so I looked for other options. There were many choices on Booking, but after a careful analysis we chose Hotel Le Lion and it was the best choice! I felt sorry we didn't choose well in the first place and waisted money, time and ruining the vacation mood on Moulin Morin. By comparison, Le Lion was worth every penny. I felt sorry we had to live after 2 nights, but we had a plane to catch. To sum up: Large, beautiful room, very clean, water and coffee machine in the room, also Dyson Cool in the room. High bed, very comfortable mattress. All the staff was very professional, even better than at some 5 * chain hotels. It exceeded my expectations and I have high standards. Excellent breakfast, very diverse choices of cheese, meat, bread, sweets, a wide variety of fruits (from cherries to dragon fruit), almond milk. We booked the dinner at La Table du Lion one of the evenings: excellent food, impeccable service. In the morning, apart from breakfast, in the reception there were croissants and lemonade. At the reception desk we received very good recommendations for things to do in Bayeux. Excellent stay, overall!!
