Free WiFi is accessible throughout, and parking is available near to the property. The flat was very nice and clean! We stayed at one bedroom apartment and had a comfortable and big double bad, a sofabed , 2 tvs with a lot of channels, 2 tables, 4 chairs, a small but very complete kitchen, a lot of extra pillow and duvets, iron board and a nice toilet with very good water pressure. The staff was very friendly and kind and always keen to help. We left our luggage at the reception before and after our stay for free. I loved that they have a selection of board games (which was great with kids) and other kitchen appliances to borrow for free, like toaster and air fryer! The flat was very silent and the black out was great to sleep! The location was great, just 5 minutes walk of a big shopping center with a lot of options of shops, restaurants and supermarket. Very close to the 2 mains train station as well! It's a shame we only booked for one night because it was a quick visit at the city, but I'd easily stay for much longer!

The room was clean and very quiet. Despite being on the ground floor we did not realise until we went outside how close it was to the tram as we hadn't heard them from the room. Staff were also super friendly, polite and helpful. Would definitely come back. Good value for money.l

Bespoke cocktails are made by expert mixologists in the bar and there is also an on-site 24-hour fitness centre. There is also free Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel. I love the location, very close to the train station, also really close to the Bullring. The mall was very walkable as well, there were historic museums in the area that was walkable. The rooms were clean and modern . Breakfast was amazing.
