Boasting a prime location within the castle walls, this century-old restored mansion features a tranquil courtyard and charming accommodation with views over the castle. Both Wi-Fi and parking are free. The hotel is located in the very center of the city, behind the walls of the old city. It is forbidden to enter this part of the city, but hotel guests can enter. Parking nearby, by the castle - we received a special card allowing us to park, we could keep it also for the day of check-out. Very friendly service. We received detailed information on where to eat well and what to visit. Delicious breakfast served in the garden, in a very nice and professional manner. Room decorated nicely, kettle, tea, water in the room. 5 minutes on foot to the lakeside walking promenade.

Facilities include a spa centre with double whirlpool bath, professional massage chairs, power plate, sauna and hammam. There is also a communal pool and an outdoor hot tub. The owners are great - and helped get us settled in - we were traveling with my in-laws and our kids, and they made all of us feel relaxed after a long trip up and over from the monetary (and gave us recommendations for dinner). The rooms are comfortable and the views are amazing. Thanks for everything! Wish we could had time to stay longer.

The staff was very friendly and polite and service around the hotel was absolutely great too. Our room was very nice with the view to Metsovo. The beds were excellent too. Once we ordered burgers from the room service and they were so delicious (with local smoked cheese). The breakfast was one of the best we have ever seen before, so great variety of products. Highly recommended!
