From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond—meeting us at the ferry, taking us directly to the property, and even offering a ride back when we departed. He was incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing us with excellent recommendations for places to visit around the island that truly made our trip special. The property itself was in a fantastic location with a stunning view that we never got tired of. It was peaceful, beautifully maintained, and perfectly situated for exploring the island. One of the best surprises was the fridge stocked with breakfast items, even though it wasn’t mentioned in the listing—such a thoughtful touch. There was even a complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us, which we really appreciated. And we can’t forget the delicious homemade cookies from the host’s wife—an absolute treat! Overall, this was a truly memorable stay and we’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Symi. It’s rare to find such a warm and accommodating host paired with a beautiful and well-located property. We’d definitely love to come back!

Beautiful garden and peacefull environment. Very comfortable apartments.

The accommodation provides luggage storage space and room service for guests. The location was excellent and near the beach which was what we wanted and only 5 minute walk into the town . Our host Katholiki and her father were extremely nice, friendly helpful and accommodating . We experienced the true Greek island living in their townhouse for a few days , we would definitely go back and highly recommend this accommodation for value for money and location .

Centrally located in Symi Town, Iapetos Village is surrounded by a 500 m2 garden with palm trees and stone-paved courtyards. It offers traditional accommodation and free Wi-Fi throughout. A free-form pool with a sauna and poolside bar is provided. The location to the centre is top tier. I was able to walk almost everywhere. Beach in walking distance. Breakfast was plentiful and yummy.
