It provides air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi. First of all the staff was incredible. We booked this hotel in order to relax and unwind and the hotel definitely exceeded our expectations. We mainly used the rooftop lounge for the pool and jacuzzi. Upstairs the staff tended to every need with kindness. The massage services were top-notch! And even dinner in the hotel was lovely. WiFi signal was strong throughout the hotel and the rooms were spacious, highly clean and well air-conditioned. The hotel is 20 minutes walk from old town, or 10 minutes bus ride away (with the bus being just around the corner). And another bonus was the grocery store right below the hotel for every need.

The #1 reason we loved this hotel is because of Marko and the reception team. They are so welcoming from the moment you walk in but they went above and beyond for us during our stay and long after. Marko and I communicated for weeks post-stay as he helped to ship one of our honeymoon items to the USA. We ran out of time and had to leave for the airport and he took care of it all. We cannot thank the reception team enough for all of your support and for going way above and beyond. This hotel was recommended to us by a mutual friend from Croatia and I will gladly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area! Apartments Annya is situated in the Split City Centre district of Split, 500 metres from Diocletian's Palace, 1.8 km from Park Mladeži Stadium and 8.1 km from Salona Archeological Park. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, an ATM and a minimarket, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The property is 600 metres from the city centre and 500 metres from Bacvice Beach. It was the perfect place to stay. Close to bud station (where she let me store my bags for free after checkout at her fathers cafe). It was super close to old town as well. The owner is so kind and attentive and made sure I felt comfortable calling her if there were any issues but there were not. The fridge comes stocked with water, juice, a bottle of wine, and a couple of beers as well as some Croatian cookies and candies.

Our room was beautiful, spacious and clean with great views of the ocean. Loved the location and short distance from beach the perfect place to relax. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

In this sophisticated apartment guests will find stylish furnishings as well as air conditioning, a sofa and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The elegant modern bathroom comes complete with a hairdryer and free toiletries. Really felt like a home instead of a rental. Kitchenware was in good shape ( not like some rentals when things are old and mismatched ) and we made breakfast daily. Sanja met us at the apartment at check in and was very friendly and responsive when we had an issue with the hot water which was resolved quickly. Very quiet location but quick walk to many restaurants. Note the front door is facing the street but there are privacy curtains. Would highly recommend.
