Spacious, clean, luxurious and comfortable. The staff really do cater to your every need from entrance drinks on arrival right through to your check out. During our trip we also stayed at the Kempinski “Balis number 1 resort” but we believe the Kempinski has a lot to learn from Goya and their service and facilities.
