What stood out was the unexpected surprise during breakfast the next day. We heard a birthday song, had cake, and received a birthday gift. Even though it was already a day after my birthday when we checked in, the hotel staff went above and beyond to make it special. On our departure day, which happened to be the Sabbath, we asked the staff to arrange a bus to the airport for us as we were leaving early. The hotel even packed a sumptuous breakfast for us. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, and it truly embodies the phrase printed on the hotel key card, "WHEN IN JERUSALEM, LIVE JERUSALEM."

With Persian rugs and contemporary bathrooms, the suites at the Alegra are a mix of old and new. Each is uniquely decorated and comes with air conditioning, satellite TV and a tea/coffee maker. A safe is also included. Very friendly and hospitable 10/10

The very modern and artistic interiors feature marble floors, stairs and railings. The entire hotel's colour scheme is beautifully done in whites, beiges and maroons, with rich gold detailing. We have a very nice experience in this hotel. Mr. Amed was doing the best effort to fix my error when I made my reservation. I can say that he handled extremely good and he can find our family accommodation the same day we arrive. And also he told me "you will pay the same" He saw our problem and he feel it. The Hotel was a perfect spot to stay. Close to everything in Jerusalem. The terrace is the best in town. Also you can have coffee and tea 24 hours.

The atmosphere in the hotel is special and the staf very friendly.
