The property has city and inner courtyard views, and is 200 metres from Aragonese Castle. The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, a lift and luggage storage for guests. Our visit to Reggio Calabria was wonderful, in part because of our stay at Pellicano. It is centrally located so that we could walk to all areas of interest. The apartment was perfect for two couples in terms of arrangement and light and amenities. The large terrace (one of the penthouse apartments) was a delightful surprise with a view toward Sicily. Lorenzo, the owner, was helpful with restaurant recommendations (had two great meals!) and special thanks to Bernadette who was so personable and who manages everything (well!). She was so helpful, even with our laundry. Lorenzo helped with our parking, on street but we also used nearby garage.

It is located 500 metres from Sanctuary of Santa Maria dell'Isola and offers full-day security. The accommodation features a hot tub, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. Perfectly located in the heart of the beautiful old town of Tropea, this accommodation was our most favourite during out 6 week tour of Italy. We had two rooms and both were super clean, spacious and well appointed. The building itself is an old palace situated on a small piazza off the main drag. The children loved the spa and with a stunning beach (one of the best in Italy) only a short walk away, we were spoilt for choice. The breakfast on the roof top terrace has a stunning view and was a highlight. Saverio was a perfect host and provided us with recommendations on where to go and which travel groups to sight-see with. We were very happy with all of his recommendations. We loved Residenza il Barone and can't wait to get back.

Located in a quiet area 3 km from the city centre, this unique stone building is 10 minutes' drive from Lido Sant'Angelo beach. Rooms offer views of the garden or Ionian Sea. WiFi and parking are all free. Absolutely everything! It was beautiful, clean, friendly with lots of history. All the staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful.

Room with private terrace was perfect. Lovely private breakfasts every morning. The place to stay if you want true hospitality. Parghelia is quiet with nice choice of bars / Restaurants Vibrant Gorgeous Tropea a short drive away. Relax on the unbelievable beaches or enjoy the many activities on offer. Offering city views and a terrace, Best Season provides accommodation ideally set in Reggio Calabria, within a short distance of Aragonese Castle, Archaeological Museum - Riace Bronzes and Lungomare. It is set 1.4 km from Reggio Calabria Lido and offers a lift. The bed and breakfast has family rooms. we had 7 great days the owner is very friendly and knows good restaurants, Royal Reef is highly recommended. He also responded quickly when I had a question. great location, clean and with a lovely balcony. I definitely recommend this B&B

A Liberty-style building in the centre of Tropea, a 2-minute walk from Piazza Vittorio Veneto, Villa Vittoria Tropea B&B offers modern rooms, a garden, and free Wi-Fi. The sandy beach is 450 metres away, reachable via a staircase. Great location, very beautiful building and quiet at nights. Was very clean, bed was& pillow was comfortable. Nice breakfast selection. Friendly staff. I would definitely return!

Rooms at Portercole B&B feature modern furnishings and paintings by a local artist. Each includes an electric kettle, minibar and a private bathroom with hairdryer, toiletries, and slippers. Everything was perfect - super friendly hosts, very comfy and central location, overall a super positive experience.

Just 200 metres from the beach, the 4-star Piccolo Grand Hotel is located in Pizzo Calabro. It offers elegant rooms with free WiFi and a balcony with town or sea views.

Rooms at Grand Hotel are colourful and decorated with wooden floors. Each one is air conditioned and features an LCD TV. This was, by far, the best kept boutique hotel we have been to. Spotless inside and out. The sraff are extremely kind and accomodating. We intend to make return trips here. Though Pizzo is a smaller town compared to its neighbour Tropea and others, its charm far exceeds its size. The restaurants in the piazza are like cousins that live on the same street, calling at eachother across the square and sending patrons from one spot to the next showing such a heartwarming sense of community. Yes, the tartuffi are outstanding, from artisnal gelato to the fresh nuts and coatings they use. The location is quite central to other popular tourist destinations requiring short drives or train rides to those spots without the hefty price tags or overcrowded piazzas. Overall the wirst part of the trip was having to leave. It began to feel like home very fast thanks to the staff at the hotel and in the piazza. Highly recomended.
