Room service is available 24 hours a day. The manager and team took amazing care of me and my partner when we visited in August 2024. We arrived extremely late but they put dinner aside for us and left it in our room. Front desk was extremely helpful with giving advice and she even asked staff to pack us a breakfast to take with us as we ventured out under the Jordanian sun. The location is also top-tier - right at the entrance to Petra! Could not have asked for a better first night during our Jordan trip.
