They really went to extreme to ensure that we reach the best Kinosaki-experience. I forgot my ring, noticed it in the bus station and accepted my faith. However, they had noticed my ring and rushed to the bus to bring it to me - this is an example of their heartfelt attirude towards guests

Standing beside the Taki River, it features outdoor hot-spring baths and traditional in-room meals and is a 5-minute walk from Arima Onsen Train Station. The Japanese rooms have traditional futon bedding and a minibar. The service was perfect, dinner 100% recommend, a must have. Awesome experience!

I love the amenities. The drinks are free from 5 to 8 ( red and white wine, all sorts of tea and coffee, there are free cookies, candies and chocolates as well) The bed and pillows are very comfortable and that is a plus for me.

I highly recommend walking from the hotel to the castle at night. There are lots of restaurants and convenience stores very close by. The free ramen was great. Served by the loveliest chef in Japan. The breakfast was incredible. The onsen was lovely. All the staff were so friendly. So glad we stayed here.
