We are about 10mins walk to City Center, Pub Street, Night market and Old market. And around 7km from Angkor Wat temple and 50 km from Siem Reap–Angkor International Airport. We enjoyed our stay and we would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone !!

Great hotel with nice decor, specious and clean rooms, but what I like here the most are people! From the moment you arrive at the hotel, they will make you feel special and welcomed. I have never had such a great experience, they helped me with everything I needed. I cannot recommend this place enough.

The en-suite bathroom offers shower facility, a slipper, a hairdryer, bathrobes and free toiletries Just coming to the end of our stay and what a fantastic hotel it is, the team working within the property are very friendly and very helpful especially the team at the front desk always helping me out with things i needed, The check-in was quick and the pickup at the bus station was seemless very happy with the free pick up and how well the driver drives. The room are comfortable and clean while the wifi works great nothing much to complain about, amenities was missing in the room but it was just one quick call alway. Great place overall, would love to come back!

The room was clean, comfortable beds. Very god service and we forgot a jacket which they sent to our address. We had excellent stay and staff is very friendly. Sure we stay in this this Hotel again. Excellent service.

Jungle in the city centre - To explore the city on foot at your own leisurely pace, “The Urban” is the best choice. Decorated in a traditional Khmer style, the air-conditioned rooms come with a work desk. Each room has a private bathroom with a hot shower. The location is excellent. Although it’s close to the city center including Pub Street, the area around the hotel is very quiet. Thanks to that, I was able to sleep soundly. The hotel staff were very dedicated and suggested a great plan for visiting the ruins. The breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced. I also joined a Zoom meeting from the working space in the lobby, and the Wi-Fi was very stable—I was able to participate in a one-hour meeting without any issues.
