Villa Kale is a lovely new facility, designed and decorated in a traditional, authentic style. It has a dominant location in the heart of Ohrid's old part. A big stone terrace with a seating area is available at the Villa. Wherever you look, there is a breathtaking view of Lake Ohrid, the old town and the ancient theatre. It was phenomenal. The host was super kind and he spoke fluent English. He even offered to give us information about the city, checkpoints, an itinerary and lots of advice about what to avoid and where to go. He was very friendly. The room was very cosy and clean. They clean the rooms every morning, which was very pleasantly surprising! It was very spacious for two people. The bed was very comfy, the sheets were tidy, the towels were very clean too. We had free toiletries as well. The view from the balcony was exceptional. You could see the fortress, the ancient theater, the lake and the mountains at the same time. The location was also convenient, easy to get to by car and we had free parking available which is hard to find in Ohrid. The location was close to lots of different monuments and super close to the city center. We had a wonderful stay and I highly recommend the place. You can pay by card which is also amazing as a foreign tourist.

Everything was perfect - the room, the staff, the breakfast, the parking place, the location.

Built in the traditional local style, the property is equipped with authentic furniture and handmade carvings. Great location in the heart of the old city. There were very few guests, so we got a free upgrade of our room with a beautiful view on the lake. The room was clean and cosy. The breakfast was fine. The staff was nice and friendly. And a lovely cat Mike at the reception will definitely make your day better!

Located on the first line of the lake shore, in peaceful and quiet surroundings only an 8-minute walk from the centre of Ohrid, SU Hotel boasts an elegant restaurant which has a breathtaking view over Lake Ohrid and the city. Great location away from the main area but only a short walk away. The terrace is stunning, both in the morning and evening. Really lovely hotel, would definitely recommend.
