This hotel has a great location, delightful breakfast offerings, and comfortable rooms. I'm looking forward to returning and staying at this hotel again.

We stayed in one of the modern rooms, which has plenty of space and a nice porch on the lawn to enjoy the morning sun. This is a must see for everyone who just want to relax and enjoy the beautiful landscape. It’s not cheap, but it’s with it.

Vangsgaarden Gjestgiveri is located in the oldest buildings in the village of Aurland. Situated on the shores of Aurlandsfjord, it offers wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. Guests can also enjoy free WiFi. We stayed in a fisherman's hut, right on the water. It was gorgeous. We even got lucky and were able to see the northern lights over the fjord from our little porch. The restaurant and included breakfast were delicious. We would definitely stay here again.

Each room has a private bathroom with a shower. Some rooms have a balcony offering views of the Aurland Fjord and the mountains. The breakfast is very good and variety. I stayed on the 3rd floor with the balcony of the garden view. It is really nice to see garden and also the shore. Good location. Just a few step away from the train station

Situated in western Norway’s Nærøyfjord, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, this waterfront hotel offers easy access to ferry boat fjord tours. Some rooms have skylights with views up to Kjelsfossen Waterfall. It was such a dreamy room, the viking theme was exactly what we wanted. The panoramic view of the ceiling window was so beautiful,I didn't want to leave there . The staff was so nice and helpful, we had a small problem with the room, and when we called after 12 am they came either way and changed our rooms, so helpful. The viking village is right next to the hotel. It was a beautiful stay and one I will remember.

At the head of the famous Flåm Railway in Myrdal, this hotel is only accessible by train and sits high above Aurlandsfjord. It is not located very close to Myrdal station, it's located 1,5 km from Myrdal. It's not possible to walk to the hotel wintertime due to the snow conditions. We recommend to take the train one stop down from Myrdal to Vatnahalsen station. Important to check the timetable for the trains. It takes 30 minutes to walk summertime. It's NOT possble to drive by car to Vatnahalsen hotel. Gabriel and Anna are the best. Warm, extremely nice, helpful. Went out of the way to help guests. It felt like a family. God bless.
