Centrally located in Sighisoara, a 2-minute walk from the Mediaeval Citadel, Hotel Central Park houses the Restaurant & Wine bar with Romanian and international dishes, a summer garden and a lounge with a café. Location was perfect. There is free parking with plenty of space for your cars at the back in the inside courtyard. It has a Profi (grocery store) within a few meters of the hotel. There are plenty of other restaurants around the hotel and it is opposite a small park, great for small children to play in while you stay. You walk up the hill to the citadel, fairly steep on cobble stone roads, it takes about 5 minutes to walk up from the hotel to the top. The room was big and spacious, it has air conditioning, which was very beneficial on the warm days, and needed as the room can be stuffy at night. They have a mini fridge, modern bathroom which is spacious with strong water pressure and hot water. They have a buffet breakfast with varied options of eggs, (boiled, fried, scrambled, omelet) cold meets, bacon, vegetables, fruits and a tea and coffee machine.

Newly opened in 2014, Hotel Tempo is 200 metres from the Mures River and 1,500 metres from the centre of Targu Mures. It offers free WiFi and a restaurant serving international cuisine and traditional Romanian dishes. The hotel is a modern building in a beautiful city. The breakfast was amazing and the rooms were clean. When we arrived, we had an issue with the AC unit, and the receptionist offered us a different room immediately. The staff was extremely friendly, and the beds were comfortable.

Casa Lia is a guest house located in the centre of Sighisoara Fortress, right next to the Shoemakers Tower and just 200 metres from the Clock Tower. It offers basic accommodation with free WiFi access, a shared lounge and a terrace. Certainly the best in Sighisoara! Perfect location in the heart of old town, sparkling clean, private and peaceful, warm and comforting. The hosts were exceptionally generous and caring, eager to provide the most enjoyable experience possible and wonderful to speak with. Many return guests made the guest house feel like home. My highest recommendation!

Situated in Sovata, 7 km from the ski slope and 200 metres from Ursu Lake, Vila Silvia features free WiFi, free access to a sauna and a fitness centre, as well as a large yard with a barbecue and an outdoor terrace. A very very beautiful hotel with a great atmosphere and the perfect location. The host, Daniella was so kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and with a huge variety for a small hotel 🤗

This boutique-hotel was the house of chronicler and historian Georg Krauss and comprises individually designed rooms with design decorations, including original frescoes, mediaeval-style or solid wood furniture, hand carved decorations and stylish bathrooms. Each room is equipped with modern facilities, including a minibar, a flat-screen cable TV, a hairdryer and free toiletries. Some also have air-conditioning, and others come with a fireplace. Well located within the old town. Very good service and facilities. Definitely recommend and eager to stay there again.

WiFi is free of charge in the entire property. One of the most amazing, beautiful, and enchanting places I've stayed at while in Romania.The attention to detail in the room was outstanding. The host was very welcoming and friendly. Overall this was one of the best experiences, and the breakfast was delicious. Sighisoara is a magical city and there are plenty of fantastic and historical places to visit. It made my visit better by staying at this beautiful apartment.
