It was the best accommodation in our Thailand trip. The hotel is at the old town city center. Everywhere is walkable distance. The breakfast was amazing, lots of variety and yummy food. The room was very clean and comfy. I really liked the atmosphere in the common area with the plants around the pool, calming music, little colorful decorations. But my favorite is definitely the staff. They were incredibly helpful, kind and friendly. Oh and there is even a massage salon with very decent prices. We had massage there with my friend and it was the best among all the massages we had during our trip. If I come back to Chiang Mai, I will definitely stay here again.

The property also provides free uses of bicycles. There are no words to describe what a beautiful location, what facilities, how kind the owner is. A dream hotel. A very beautiful architecture, a very well arranged yard. With frangipani flowers, with orchids, with many other flowers, with greenery, a small lake with exotic fish. With very well appointed rooms, with modern bathrooms, with particularly beautiful balconies. Quality linen, boiled water, shampoos smelled very nice. In the room we had 4 bottles of water daily. The owner also offered us free breakfast. All the time in the entrance hall you have coffee, water, tea, bananas, biscuits, plain and with fruit cream. Excellent value for money! It is very close to the Saturday and Sunday night market. We walked to all the temples in the old center. There is also a very nice park 5 minutes from the property. I stayed at 3 hotels in Chiang Mai and saw a lot while I was there. But for sure, this hotel is recommended, and I would come back anytime.
