The shuttle to Universal Studios was great and saved parking fees at the park. The staff were fantastic and the cost wasn't bad relative to alternatives albeit it certainly isn't cheap. Great location for Universal and Warner Bros. The onsite restaurant is also a decent and convenient option.

This 4-star boutique hotel is less than a mile from Sunset Boulevard. Many local shops and restaurants are just steps away from the hotel. We read all the great reviews before coming and still, this place managed to exceed all our expectations. It truly is West Hollywood's hidden gem, in a great location, with a lot of lovely character. The place is incredibly quiet and peaceful, the beds are unbelievably comfortable. The studio is squeaky clean and we loved that the communication about housekeeping was seamless and always convenient. The kitchenette is superbly well-equipped which made us very happy and we enjoyed home-cooked breakfasts every morning. The bathroom was spacious and the shower very modern. The parking is also very convenient. While we felt like it's a little bit on the pricier side, you really are getting an amazing experience and comfort for your money and we'd take The Charlie over any traditional LA hotel any time. We hope to come back one day.

Situated within 1.1 km of Junipero Beach and 3.8 km of Queen Mary, Hotel Royal features rooms in Long Beach. This 3-star hotel offers a concierge service and luggage storage space. Free WiFi is available and private parking can be arranged at an extra charge. The front desk José was kind and helpful. They allowed me to check in early, which was awesome. There's no elevator, but there's a person to help me with my heavy luggage. Rosie and Mario were also lovely and helpful. The room size is a bit small, but I consider that to be okay for the price. There are lots of beautiful photos in the hotel. There's a free service of bicycles, I love it. L.A has a designated cycle lane so it's very safe. The location of the hotel is great, coffees, Restaurant and a supermarket close by.
